THERAPY
BRAINSPOTTING
Brainspotting is a focused, body-based approach that helps access and process experiences that may feel difficult to reach through traditional talk therapy. By using specific points in your visual field, Brainspotting can help you connect with the emotional and physiological responses held in the nervous system, allowing for deeper processing and integration.
Brainspotting can be especially supportive for trauma, anxiety, grief, relationship wounds, and experiences that feel “stuck” despite having insight into them or feeling like you "should be past it." .It can be integrated into therapy at your own pace, with an emphasis on safety, curiosity, and your body’s natural capacity to heal.
