Research & Publications
My clinical work is informed by a broader interest in trauma, experiential approaches to mental health, and the ways our environments and experiences shape how we relate to ourselves.
My research and professional work explore how approaches that extend beyond traditional talk therapy may support emotional well-being, connection, and healing.
